After Grade 12, many learners — especially first-generation students — don't know how or where to apply, what funding exists, or that TVET colleges are an option at all. Deadlines pass. Opportunities go unclaimed not because people don't qualify, but because nobody told them.
The pattern repeats after graduation: qualified young people with no professional network, no work experience, and no clear view of where the jobs are.
